Please Read and Review the Booking and Screening page in it's entirety before filling out my Contact Form. If the Reference fields are filled out incorrect or incomplete I will not be able to respond or reply to your request.

*NOTE: Pre Booking is preferred but not mandatory. Same day appointments are welcomed upon availability for repeat friends.

- Must be WELL MANNERED AND RESPECTFUL AT ALL TIMES!

- When you arrive, Please arrive on time and prepared to shower. Please remove your shoes upon entering 

- Please leave your donation in clear view in a white envelope on the dresser or bathroom tray upon entering. 

- When contacting me you agree to the above terms and also agree that you are not affiliated with law enforcement. Donations and Offerings are for my time and MY TIME ONLY! Anything that may or may not transpire during our visit is between two consenting adults.
